Full Inspections are performed on Single Family structures and Condominiums
A full inspection includes visual inspection of the major systems, i.e. Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Windows, Siding, Roof. This is typically the type of inspection done for a real estate transaction Careful attention is paid to the shell and foundation for water penetration. All built-in appliances are tested. All plumbing fixtures tested. Both the attic and crawlspace are inspected. The purpose of a full inspection is to determine if there are any structural deficiencies or conditions that could threaten the health of the structure. In the case of a real estate transaction, a full inspection gives the buyer, or seller, information about the structure?s condition in order to make an informed decision to complete the purchase or make repairs prior to listing. A Structural Pest inspection is included and formal Pest paperwork will be issued upon request.
Inspections are limited to accessible areas and current MLS rules require that the subject structure be left in the condition it is found.
